My name is Michael... Today s the start of this blog which I have entitled it as 'The Present Fitness'... What exactly will you expect to see... mostly I will share topics that are related mainly to the following areas of my work.... Health and Fitness, Injury Rehabilitation info, and perhaps once in a while some of my common interest stuff...
General info; I am a Sports massage therapist, as well as a Group Fitness Instructor.. So that's why you will see my sharing on mostly these areas... Do feel free to comment and feedback...
As to why I titled it as 'The Present Fitness'??? Well, things changed a lot ever since I entered into the fitness industry.... Which is why I feel the best sharing should always be related to stuff that are more to the present, than of the past...
